Parts Manager – Memphis, TN

Stribling Equipment, LLC is one of the largest John Deere Dealerships selling new and used construction, compaction, forestry, and concrete equipment in Mississippi, West Tennessee, and Arkansas. We also provide parts and service, rental equipment, and training services. Because of continued growth, we are looking for a Parts Manager to join our team in Memphis, TN.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Assist customers with technical support
• Meet and greet the public in a professional manner
• Effectively lead the team to success
• Set and meet profitability goals
• Work closely with Parts and Service personnel to provide an excellent customer experience
• Become proficient in repair order and parts invoice generation and processing
• Demonstrate the value of our Company to current and prospective customers
• Manage assets such as tools, parts inventory, and equipment
• Maintain facilities to Stribling Equipment standards
• Recruit and train additional staff members to accommodate growth
• Must be a Hands-On leader

To be considered for the Parts Counter Position:

• At least two years of experience working in a heavy equipment parts department
• Strong keyboard and computer skills
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions

• Highly Energetic, Motivated, Organized hard worker
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Must be customer oriented
• Strong Ability to Motivate and Influence others
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and using the internet
• Follow through is a must

• Must possess a valid driver's license
